Two-point seatbelts are a basic lap-belt design. They are simple, strong, and very reliable. High Strength Webbing and Smart Lock
The webbing is made from polyester for cars. It is 46mm ±1mm wide and 1.2mm thick. Its static break strength is ≥28.3kN. That is much higher than the national rule. The buckle holds strong under angle pulls. Locking force is ≥15kN. It will not open by mistake. The opening force is set between 40N and 120N. It is easy to use for all people.
Fire Safe and Rust Proof
These two-point seatbelts pass the GB 8410-2006 A-0 fire test. The oxygen index is 25%. Metal parts pass a 48-hour salt spray test. They do not rust easily. The retractor works smoothly and has passed 5,000 durability tests. Our automatic production line makes high quality two-point seatbelts every day. We supply SAIC-GM Wuling and Changan Auto. The product has 3C certification and meets GB 14166-2024.
