Seatbelts for Cars

We are Yangzhong Weian Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. Our factory is in Yangzhong, Jiangsu. We started making seatbelts in 1996. We have worked in this field for nearly 30 years. This is our basic model of seatbelts for cars. Do not underestimate it. It is one of our best-selling products. We supply this product to large brands like Zhengzhou Yutong and Chery Automobile. Their buses and family cars use our seatbelts for cars.

Our webbing uses polyester fiber. This material is very strong. The webbing width is 46mm±1mm. The thickness is 1.2mm. We do tensile tests in our own lab. The static breaking strength is ≥28.3kN. This number is higher than the national standard. Our customers do regular spot checks. Every spot check passes. This seatbelt for cars uses an emergency locking retractor (ELR). You can pull it slowly and it moves freely. There is no tight feeling when you sit or bend. But in a crash or a sudden pull, the retractor locks immediately. It holds your body firmly in the seat. We have supplied many of these retractors to FAW Group and Foton. Their engineers tested our locking sensitivity. No problems.

Our seatbelts for cars work in many environments. They are not afraid of cold or heat. At -40°C, they do not become brittle. At +85°C, they do not soften. We have done the tests. Whether driving in Northeast China in winter or under the hot sun in Hainan in summer, this product works well. The buckle and metal parts have anti-corrosion treatment. The buckle opening force is set between 40N and 120N. This force is just right. Too light and it may open by accident. Too heavy and it is hard to open in an emergency. We require the metal parts to pass a 48-hour salt spray test. After 48 hours, there is no rust on the metal parts. Some customers sell cars in coastal cities or export by sea. The air has high salt. This test data helps agents and car makers feel safe. We do not want returns because of a small rusty buckle.
