The webbing is high strength polyester. Width is 50mm. Thickness is 1.2mm. Single strap break strength is ≥26kN. Total pull resistance is very high. The cross point uses multi-layer reinforced stitching. We also add a reinforcement patch. Under force, it does not tear or open. This cross seat belt has passed high strength pull tests. The cross shape follows the body curve better. It reduces sideways movement during off-road or hard driving. Protection is much better.

Fire Safe and Fully Custom

Fire rating is GB 8410-2006 A-0. Oxygen index is 25%. It resists high heat and fire. You can use bolt fixing, hook fixing, or quick release. This product supports custom designs for different vehicles. Webbing wear strength retention is ≥95%. Frequent rubbing does not cause fuzz or reduce strength.
