 Custom Colors with Strong Safety

Many customers want different colors for their seatbelts. We made this coloured seatbelts product for those needs. It looks good and it is safe. Our factory has worked on webbing dyeing since 1996. We have more than 20 national patents. One patent is for wear-resistant color fixing. This makes coloured seatbelts both beautiful and durable.

High Strength and Color Fastness

This coloured seatbelt uses high-quality polyester webbing. Width is 46mm±1mm. Thickness is 1.2mm. Static breaking strength is ≥28.3kN. That is much higher than the national standard. Safety is fully covered. We control color quality strictly. The wash fastness and light fastness both reach grade 4. Daily washing and long sun exposure will not fade the color. We stop color stains and aging from the start. The flame retardant performance is upgraded to GB 8410-2006 A-0 with an oxygen index of 25%. This meets bus interior flame retardant standards.

Strong Against Wear and Fading

Coloured seatbelts can wear out faster than black ones. We solved this problem. We did professional abrasion tests. After rubbing, the strength retention rate is ≥95%. This is much higher than normal products. With long term use, the colour does not wear off and safety does not drop. Our automatic weaving machines can make blue, yellow, red, and other colors. Every batch of color yarn is tested before use. Dyeing is controlled separately to ensure consistent color and stable quality. This product is perfect for modified cars and personalized passenger cars. It gives you good looks, durability, and national safety standards.
