Strong Webbing and Upgraded Buckle

The webbing is high strength polyester. Width is 46mm ±1mm. Thickness is 1.2mm. Static break strength is ≥28.3kN. The key improvement is the buckle lock force. It is upgraded to ≥15kN. That means 1.5 tons of pull force will not open it. Inside, the lock teeth are deeper and the spring is stronger. Even with heavy shaking from the vehicle, this 2 point lap seat belts will not come loose. Safety is much better. The buckle opening force is 40N to 120N. It is easy to use and will not pop open by accident.
