A y shaped seat belt splits into two shoulder straps at the chest. It forms a Y shape. This product is designed for racing seats, modified seats, and child seats that have special hole positions. The split point uses our patented reinforced stitch. The strength there is the same as the webbing itself.

Strong Main Webbing and Reinforced Split

The main webbing width is 46mm ±1mm. Thickness is 1.2mm. Total break strength is ≥28.3kN. This meets all national safety rules. The split stitch uses a high density double needle lock chain stitch. Stitch density is 30% higher than normal products. We also add a reinforcement fabric. In pull tests, the webbing breaks first – never the split point. The safety margin is very high. This y shaped seat belt can be customized for split angle and length based on your seat hole positions. It fits very well.

Webbing wash and light fastness are both grade 4. Long term use does not cause fading or yellowing. Fire rating is GB 8410-2006 A-0. It resists high heat and has no melting drip. This product fits the body well. The restraint is even, no shifting or sticking. During hard driving or emergency braking, protection is stable and reliable.
