 Designed for Original Seat Mounting

This built in seat belt is made for installation inside the car seat. It uses the original mounting holes. You do not need to drill new holes or change the seat structure. We have supplied this same product to Fujian Benz for their MPVs. The factory approved the fit and safety performance.

Strong Core Components and Instant Locking

All main parts meet national standards. The webbing is high quality polyester. Width is 46mm±1mm. Thickness is 1.2mm. Static breaking strength is ≥28.3kN. That is much higher than the mandatory standard. We test every batch on a tensile machine before shipment. The retractor uses an emergency locking design. Locking sensitivity is ≥0.45g. When the car has a sudden change in acceleration, the built in seat belt locks immediately. It holds the passenger firmly in place. The response is fast and reliable.

Limiting Force and Hidden Installation

This product also has a force limiter between 4kN and 6kN. In a crash, it first holds the body tightly. Then if the force is too high, it releases a small amount of webbing to reduce the impact on the chest. This structure has a national patent. Flame retardant grade reaches GB 8410-2006 A-0 with oxygen index 25%. This meets bus interior rules. Our factory has a special retractor testing lab. For every batch of built in seat belts, we check locking sensitivity and strength. If it does not pass, we do not ship it. This product gives you a clean, hidden look and full safety. It is perfect for original seat mounting in business cars and passenger cars.
