 Pre-tensioning for Extra Protection

This active seat belts product adds a pre-tensioner to the normal seatbelt. Our factory started research in 2010. The technology is mature and stable. We designed it for mid-to-high end vehicles. The main strengths of these active seat belts are very fast pre-tensioning and good performance in extreme weather.

Fast Trigger and Strong Pull

The pre-tensioning system triggers in ≤10 milliseconds. The pre-tensioning force is ≥1kN. The pre-tensioning stroke is ≥100mm. At the moment of a crash, the active seat belt tightens immediately. It pulls the passenger firmly against the seat back. This greatly reduces how far the body moves forward. The protection is much better than a normal seatbelt. The webbing uses high strength polyester. Width is 46mm±1mm. Thickness is 1.2mm. Static breaking strength is ≥28.3kN. The mechanical performance fully meets GB 14166-2024.

Works in Extreme Temperatures

These active seat belts can work from -40°C to +85°C. In very cold weather, they do not become brittle. In very hot weather, they do not soften. The pre-tensioner always triggers reliably. The gas generator has a service life of more than 10 years. In non-triggered condition, the active seat belt can withstand more than 5,000 extension and retraction cycles. This covers the whole life of the vehicle. Flame retardant grade is GB 8410-2006 A-0. It meets both passenger car and bus standards. The product has EU E-MARK certification. So you can export it directly to Europe. Our factory has professional crash simulation equipment. We keep full test records for every batch.
